  • 1.  PMI SIB Service Monitor is failing

    Hello community

    I am trying to monitor a WebSphere Application Server Rel 6.1 with SIB Service started on it.

    I am using the PowerPack for distributed env and I cannot find the SIB Service folder in the Agent tree.

    The SIB metrics (PMI) are enable on WAS.

    The custom service has been created on Introscope side.

    If I enable the VERBOSE log for Introscope i get the following error:

    Also in the Introscope.profile i have put

    introscope.agent.pmi.enable.SIB\ Service=true

     

    Do you have an Idea what kind of misconfiguration has been done?

    I checked the pmi-config.xml on the application server that is showing the metrics and on the one that is not showing

    The result is that these are different

    On the working one i have

    Hello Community

    I solved installing Introscope 9.1.1.0

    Release 9.1.1.1 with WAS 6.2 is not providing PMI for SIB Service. You have to downgrade to 9.1.1.0 to win.
