Loading issue on 12.9 environment

We have upgraded our QA environment from 12.6 to 12.9 (conventional) and applied CUM 1 patches but if we click on any scoreboard node or any node in Admin tab or Knowledge tab the hour glass keeps on rotating and i can see "Loading" text box on the screen. Please suggest if any one has seen this error and if you suggest any solution for this. I have opened a ticket with CA and working but just want to get this done quickly with your help.
