  • 1.  Set OBS Value based on Created User's Department

    Hello All,

     

    There should be another topic for my question but unfortunately I couldn't find it.

     

    I want to provide a department based security. I will create an OBS for departments and create groups for each department that can see related OBS units. This OBS will be associated with project, idea and resource objects. What I want to do is, when a user creates an idea or a project, automatically set value of department OBS with resources department.

     

    Do you any sample trigger that you use for same purpose or any recommendation?

    I don't have a trigger but a gel process which will xog in the OBS association for the project/idea. Send me an email. I will send you the sample.
