Policy Server :: Session Assurance : SmHost.conf

    Problem :

     

    Changing the Policy Server default ports for custom ones, Session Assurance does not start and gives error :

     

    WARNING: pid

    17510 tid 1: 2: 0: ArDBConnection::GetDBDiagnosis:

    SQL State:28000, Native Code: FFFFFFFF, ODBC

    code: SiteMinder Agent API initialization failure

     

    WARNING: pid 17510

    tid 1: 2: 0: ArDBConnection::connect: Connection

    to database [CAAdvancedAuthDSN]. user [password]

    failed. Error detail [SQL State:28000, Native Code:

    FFFFFFFF, ODBC code: SiteMinder Agent API

    initialization failure]

     

    Solution :

     

    Change the port from aas/bin/SmHost.conf to adapt to the

    one you have configured the Policy Server;
