hi, we configure custom common error page in IIS 7.5 to show user friendly error message to customers. when IIS has problem instead of returning HTTP error code 500 it returns HTTP 302 (as default behavior) and show error.html .Until this point every thing is normal, because user friendly error message is displayed to customer.
However CEM calculates error.html redirection response time and shows 0.1seconds. E.g. I send POST request for Login.aspx, webserver responds with error.html
However this should not be considered as a success transaction and shown in CEM dashboard as part of transaction statistics. Do you have any similar issues? any workaround for this?
