Hello, we have requirement to provide analyst with the possibility to change category when performing status update activity from Activities menu.
We made the following modifications to provide this possibility:
- change_cat.js was included in request_status_change.htmp
- The following line was added in request_status_change.htmp:
<PDM_MACRO name=dtlHier hdr="Incident Area" attr=category colspan=2 autofill=no evt="onChange=\\\"change_category_func('in',null,'pcat_in')\\\" onBlur='calculateUrgency();'" factory=pcat_in make_required=yes>
Everything works fine except one thing, when analyst changes status and category simultaneously. In this case, we get duplicate status change activities in activity log.
