I have issue clarity with port to open it,
Note: Every service is working but clarity not lunch.
From the healthreport.xml you attached here, you seem to have issues with your database setup and port of app service. You should be verifying them in the CSA properties or properties.xml file before trying again.
since you neglected to include any information about your environment. There isn't much that can be done to help.
I will assume you are on Linux and you are trying to use the default port of 80. You can't bind to port 80 on a Linux machine unless you are using root or SU ing to root. Try changing the port for the clarity app instance and try again. [port should be higher than 1024 on Linux/unix]

service start app
what is displayed on the screen
service status all
What does the health report in CSA say?
You can also run the healthcheck (which the install script runs) separately to see if there are any issues after install.
What is the URL you use when you are trying to access Clarity?
