Has anyone practice experiences with Clarity PPM integration and SiteMinder according this book ? "CA_Clarity_PPM_v13_Integrating_with_CA_SiteMinder"

Does it work correctly? Any problems and issues?

Believe it should. CA offers a hosted (SaaS) Clarity onDemand portal for external world which is protected via CA Single Sign On. Could we request if you could be more specific on the issue being encountered, that way we could concentrate on specific issues & traction some favorable response from expert peers in that integration space.
