Hello,
Guess you started from the Account object then "Listed User" through the Provisioning Manager context menu to get the "default user". Here indeed on the original Account object the "Remove Account from User" is greyed out. This is because the original Account object you started with is not coming from an inclusion search.
You would have to start from the "default user" object and "List Accounts" context menu. Then from the resulting inclusion search list, select the account(s) and the "Remove Account from User" menu should be available.
2 tricks :
- "List Accounts" provides you with search criteria.
- If you need to remove all the accounts from the "default user", fast and best way is to delete the "default user" itself (take care not using "delete with accounts" !!). The "default user" will dynamically be recreated on need.
Best Regards.
