unable to connect to exchange server

Hi All,

We are trying to implement agent-less approach for exchange server 2010.

We verified all the steps as provided in bookshelf still not able to connect to exchange server.


The fields in exchange general tab in ad endpoint are disabled and not able to fill exchange server details.


I also set eTrust_E2K =yes in registry as well, still not working.


Can  you please let us know what else has to be done for agent-less approach for exchange.
