We are using the CA SDM 12.7 With Win Server 2012 and MS SQL 2008 and BOxi 3.2.
CA SDM Application, Database and Boxi, all are installed in different servers.
Issue :- Not Able to Fetch Boxi Reports. It Shows the following error :- Failed to open the connection.
I have checked odbc and servicedesk connection. all test successful.
Request you to guide me to resolve the issue.
