Hi,
We have requirement to integrate Exchange Server 2013 sp1 with CAIDM 12.6 on windows env at Customer location. Customer have 12000 licenses of CAIDM.
They had given a target date to go production roll out on 15th Jan 2015.
We had raise a CA ticket with priority 2, Request # 22035212-1, @@ !@ after a couple of investigation by taking remote session finally they came with the below message

Microsoft Exchange 2003 SP2, 2007 SP3, 2010 SP2, SP3 & 2013. As of now, exchange 2013 SP1 is not supported. We always recommend to use supported versions. The unsupported versions might work or might not

Customer had exchange 2013 sp1 in their Production environment and they requested us make CAIDM should be compatibility with exchange 2013 sp1, we will not degrade to lower version of exchange...?
Installed the Exchange Agent on Exchange Server and tried the connectivity from PM. PM is throwing error.Please find the snap for the same.
Please nay help...?
