Sporadic issues with CSP reports

GM, We are running PPM 13.3 and having lots of sporadic issues with the CSP (out of the box) reports.  The biggest issue is reports running for > 5 minutes and Infoview window not displaying the report.  The reports aren't failing and don't throw an error.  Checked the BO 4.1 CMC and they run to completion.  Have tried scheduling them as the technican suggested from the ticket I opened with support,  but this doesn't work every time.  The scheduled reports sometimes fail and sometimes we don't get a email communication on the status of the reports.  Rebooted the bg-server, as I read someone else had success with, but that hasn't resolved our issues.  Does anyone have a suggestion ?
