    Problem:  Get an Upgrade Browser page when accessing the CA CCR site with IE 11 with the text noted below.

    Upgrade Browser?

    This web site supports Internet Explorer 7 or higher and Firefox 3.5 or higher.

    For the best experience, please contact your system administrator to upgrade your browser.

    Solution:

    Per the CCR 1.5 doc, the officially supported browsers are Microsoft Internet Explorer  8 or 9 or Firefox  24 ESR but the following two solutions are available for Internet Explorer 11.

     

    1. Click on the 'Ignore Warning and Resume' link.  This will take you to the CCR website.

    or

    2. Tick to select the 'Display intranet sites in Compatibility View' option.  This option is available via the Internet Explorer menu Tools > Compatibility View Settings.

    or

    3. Use the 'Add this website' to the list of websites to use Compatibility View.
