An update or change to any ticket type (Inc/Req/Prob/Chg/Iss) was to provide a popup window preferably an outlook client mail window when a ticket is saved. This popup window would
provide the Analyst with additional capability to select and add additional email notification recipients that may be outside of Service Desk contacts.
If the above requirement is not possible then has anyone achieved to popup a “manual notify” window after a ticket is saved in SDM 12.6/SDM 12.9 release with an update or change done?
It would be grateful, if you can share with me the solution on this advance customization. Thank you!!
