The broker has stopped. I restarted the broker, but one agent has no reconnected the other agents has reconnected. What can I do? The java process on the Agent never stopped.

Hi Gustavo, what version of the LISA/DevTest are you running?
Please verify that the agent that is not connecting is pointing at the correct broker.
You could try restarting the application server for the agent that did not reconnect.
DevTest 8.0 !
I did that but I think, it shouldn’t be the solution, because it generated unavailability on customer environment.

I suggest the reboot cause the app itself may have been in a bad state, deadlock, OOM, etc...
If you have a reproducible scenario, we would be happy to jump on a call and investigate it further.
