My customer want to implement Multi-Tenancy in CA SDM R12.9 Advance Availability and looking to integrate with Cisco Call Manager. So Multi-Tenancy can be integrated with Cisco Call Manager ?
I don't know the specifics of Cisco Call Manager, nor if it will even be able to understand what "tenants" are. Does Cisco Call Manager include some level of tenancy by its design? What functionality are you looking to achieve by using tenancy with Cisco Call Manager?
