Is it possible to get an overview about all available tactical package and their supported gateway versions?
Can you please describe the official proceeding for request and the life cycle of that packages?
I believe there are over 60 tactical assertions; as far as I know, we don't have a single document that summarizes them.
To obtain a given tactical assertion, customers should start a new case with the support team by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Beyond that... can you narrow your question down a bit for us? What exactly are you interested in learning about?
Senior Support Engineer
thanks for your answer. We (Nagarro) are CA Partner for the Gateway and when I prepare new solutions I have no overview about all available capabilities.
In the past I had often get the answer that there is a tactical package for my problem. It would save a lot of time when I could get such a list. For the details I will surely ask the support.
Thanks for your input and thoughts. Greatly appreciated.
Requests for Tactical work - either existing or new - generally go through our Support or Sales channels. There are a few reasons for this. One is that much of what Tactical does solves very specific use cases for certain customers and thus lacks broad appeal.
I think you, as a customer, will be better off reaching out to our very capable Support team and explain your needs and what you're trying to solve. They'll be able to tell you how to best find a solution using existing capabilities - whether they are provided out-of-the-box or via Tactical artifacts.
I'd also like to mention that we do have a process in place to move Tactical work into the out-of-the-box product (sometimes referred to as "productization") whenever we recognize that it could benefit a larger customer base. And customer interactions with our Support team feed into that.
