    Hi Santoshi,

There are two areas in which TLS support was added, for SDM - mail:

    TLS support for inbound emails

pdm_maileater_nxd now supports connections to mailboxes over TLS (secure connection)

    Supports Base64-encoded certificates

Mailbox detail page accepts the “Use TLS” flag and the Trusted Root “CA Certificate Path” as inputs

    TLS support for outbound emails

pdm_mail_nxd now supports connections to SMTP servers over TLS (secure connection)

    Supports Base64-encoded certificates

Two new options (“mail_smtp_use_tls” and “mail_ca_cert_path) in the Options Manager control the TLS settings

This was discussed in the 12.9 Overview and Demo webinar.  Here's a link: https://communities.ca.com/message/241713155#241713155
