Hi All,

 

We have done the integration of CA Service Desk 12.7 and CA UIM 8.0 (CA Nimsoft Monitor)

 

We want to generate auto incident to service desk when threshold breaches and alert is generated in CA Nimsoft monitor for CPU,Memory and Disk Utilization.

 

 

Request all you to kindly suggest how can we generate auto incident to service desk for nimsoft monitor alerts.
