Hi All,


In our current environment, in the request_status_change.htmpl page whenever the "new" status is changed to

closed unresolved, hold, resolved etc. the user description(resolution comments) field becomes a mandatory field.

SO my question is, when we change or set the new status where exactly is the coding done to capture the change event(client side scripting). I checked in the above page but couldn't

find any details. What I have to achieve here is I want to make the Resolution Code field mandatory, if the status is set to Resolved. How can I achieve it?

Kindly help asap.
