Hi i am doing an integration between Spectrum and other tool. So i configured to launch an action when a server process is down. The thing is that when the process goes down, the setscript is launched successfully but when the process goes UP (and the alarm cleared) the clearscript is not launched.

here you have a screen showing two (UP/DOWN) sequences. every sequence (grouped by red or green colors) has two CRITICAL ALARM events and then two CLEARS of each respective alarms.

Any hep will be really appreciated???

So the action is not launched by the clear script?Is the script path set properly in .alarmrc? What does the notifier.out show? Do we atleast see the clear email in the out file?

Exactly the "Clear" is not launching the script.

Let me check the notifier.out file.
