  • 1.  Run_SSH_Command operator error message

    Hi All,

     

    I am using Run_SSH_Command operator to run a linux command to a remote host, Process get executed successfully but i am not able to get output of command. Instead of that i get below message "'VT400': unknown terminal type." , I changed to VT100 (other option available) but get same message. Does any one faces similar issue ???

    Hi Sujit,

    Facing the same issue in ITAPM using Linux box.Did you get the solution for this issue.For this Are we need to install any package in Linux Server?.And In the c2o log It posts the error like "Evaluation of [VT100] failed - ReferenceError: "VT100" is not defined. (#2)".

    Can you please help in this.
