  • 1.  performance center console fails to start

    After preforming the steps in Convert a Self-Signed Certificate to a Certification Authority SSL Certificate

     

    In item 8:

    Restart each CA Performance Center service using these commands:

    /sbin/service caperfcenter_sso restart 
    /sbin/service caperfcenter_devicemanager restart 
    /sbin/service caperfcenter_console restart 

     

    I get a warning that the Performance center console may have failed to start??

    Is this related to the certificate expiration or completely different?

    Also are you using PC standalone or with Spectrum integrated?

    This is an existing CAPC 2.4.1 that I am now trying to configure for https/SSO. It does integrate with Spectrum 9.4.1 however I can no longer access CAPC. Spectrum 9.4.2.1 is fine.


    I am following the CA Performance Management 2.4.1 documentation
