We are facing the issue with the agent last run as it not updating even after changing the scalability server or running caf register all.

All the scalabilty servers are reachable and caf ping & camping command are also working.

    Any help would be appreciable.

    Hi Wasique

You may also want to check the Scalability servers CA\DSM\ServerDB\SECTOR\COLLECT\00000001 folder and check under there and see if there are collection files backing up in this folder. If you have large files in here larger than 5k I would move them out to a temp location and run a caf stop and caf start. verify that the files that existed are processed and sent to the Domain Manager.

You should also check and ensure that the agents are in fact completing the software scans by looking at the TRC_AMAGENT_#.log

located in the DSM\logs directory and see if there are any crash logs in that directory as well.

What version of ITCM are you using ?

    Thanks
