  • 1.  Initiated Process Error

    Hi All,

     

    While doing a health check, i observed the following error message for a process initiated by an user -

     

    'PRJ-07002: Update operation failed. The project cannot be locked'. (According to the error message section its showing as an application error).

     

    While i checked the app-ca.log, the creator of this particular process has encountered some java exceptions and the log file reflects fatal error with the Creators account. However the initiator of the process is a different user.

     

    Can you help me on this ?

    Hi,

    Can you please run the below query and let us know what is the last_updated_by for this project. If its -99, then please update it to 1 and try removing the lock from Ui - action:security.locks?

     

    select * from prlock

     

    Also check the last_updated_by in srm_projects and inv_investments.

     

    If this does not resolve the issue, please paste the error message here.

    On the Admin > Processes > Initiated tab, can you locate the process, and click on the error icon to check the error ?

     

    Would help if you can post the error
