Dear all,
we were asked by a customer about integration of UIM with the two products mentioned:
Bomgar - remote support software, they want the ability to jump into it straight from UIM
ConnectWise - ticketing system
Theoretically the integration with these two products shouldn't be a problem but maybe someone has done it...? I'd like to ask anyone with field experience for his opinion/experience.
