I know it's a few years ago since that PDF (Using-the-NimBUS-Managers-Actions.pdf) was uploaded, but the link doesnt work anymore..
Can it be found anywhere else?
Thanks in advance!
Here's all the actions I've input if it helps anyone else...
Shutdown / Reboot
c:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
Does anyone knows how to do that in UMP?
I don't think that is possible in UMP. Maybe if you write a webapp to do it as the only think I think available to right click actions is to open a web link in UMP. I may be wrong as I haven't dug very deep into the actions menu in UMP.
I wrote a small php script which does similar to what Neal has mentioned. Perhaps that's something you are looking for.

Thanks for this code ... It works like a charm!
I define another usefull action that concists in offering remote session (RDP) of a server that has an alarm in the NMS console.
is to install on a server (for me, the wasp server), the RDP Web connection (http://www.petri.co.il/install_remote_desktp_web_connection_on_windows_server_2003.htm).
after that, you just have to define an action in the NMS console like that:
