Is it possible to add a note to an SLO or SLA using a LUA-script?

Yes, the SLA can have notes attached to it through scripting. The slo notes are tied to the exclude period and not directly transferrable the way we attach notes on SLA. If you want to script exclude periods into the SLA/SLO then let me know. Please note that this requires NAS 3.15, due to the 'provider=nis' primitive in the database.open().
Here is a sample function that adds a note to the SLA identified by its sla_id:
function add_sla_note (id,title,text)
if id ~= nil and title ~= "" and text ~= "" then
note_date = timestamp.format ( timestamp.now(),"%Y-%m-%d %H:%M" )
sql = "INSERT INTO S_SLA_NOTES (sla_id,note_print,note_date,note_title,note_text) values ("..id..",-1,'"..note_date.."','"..title.."','"..text.."')"
error ("Illegal parameters...")
add_sla_note (1,"Automated SLA lua-note","Added by NAS")
