An inaccurracy in the documentation for the new MSI robot installer caused me some pain and took support a while to sort out. In the documentation under Bulk Robot Deployment > Robot Install Packages > Answer File the example anwer file depicts two parameters with incorrect syntax; 'FIRSTPROBEPORT' and 'ROBOTMODE'. This syntax is simply ignored by the installer. The following syntax must be used instead: 'FIRST_PROBE_PORT' and 'ROBOT_MODE'. Failure to assign the first probe port during installation can create robot communication issues with the hub. I hope this posting saves you the trouble I endured.
