Numara Footprint Integration

I am trying to find some information in regards to an integration with

Numara. Has anyone dealt with this? Customer says that a simple email

can be used to create a case which can easily be done with the nas but

the following advanced features are required by the customer that

makes this integration more complicated...


1--Ability to close tickets in Numara when they are closed in Nimsoft.

I am guessing that this can be handled using Clears but there may be

more to it.

2--Ability to use assignment rules. When the ticket is created in

Numara, to have the ticket assigned to a user.


Any info would be helpful.
