As part of the Unified Monitoring Portal (an enterprise portal based on
Liferay) we're developing, we need to provide single sign-on integrations.
So we need to understand what are the SSO infrastructures most often seen in customer environments. Some example SSO configurations are:
- Kerberos ticket-granting ticket (TGT) which Windows provides using Active Directory, and Unix provides using PAM
- One-Time Password (OTP) tokens
- Central Authentication Service (CAS)
- JOSSO an open source SSO server
- OpenSSO
Any insight you can provide would be appreciated.
