nsdgtw bidirectional integration

Hi, does anybody know if the nsdgtw probe integrates bidirectionally with Nimsoft Service Desk, we tested the probe and If an alarm, is raised opens the ticket and if the alarm is closed the ticket is updated and even closed.

My question is if I close the ticket manually, the alarm is closed also?
