  • 1.  IM Command line option to specify HUB IP

    Posted Jul 25, 2014 04:28 PM

When opening the IM GUI, is there arguments that I can add to the shortcut to specify my Primary Hub to connect to directly? Every time I have to hit the advanced button, then specify the pri-hub IP address and then connect. Anyone know if there is a -ip or -hub option that I can specify to directly point to the hub I always connect to?

    Thanks,

    Dan

Not aware of any command line options to specify hub, but as far as I can tell, mine always remember the hub I last connected to. So it seems to be something that is stored somewhere per user on the server you are using IM.

It's stored in the registry under current_user hive

Could you please mention where is this specific registry entry?

Just searched my entire registry to Nimsoft and also Current_User no mention of hive.

    Computer/HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Nimbus Software/NimBUS Manager

This path has an options, profile and settings grouping underneath it.
