SLAs for NTService State

I have an SLA that is configured using the QOS_NTSERVICE_STATE as the object and the "Expected QoS to be" is set to "Equal to 1" The calculation method is set to "Interval".  I have changed the "Interval" QoS Calculation to treat NULL values with a value of "0" 

 

There are 55 minutes of "NULL" data giving this SLA an 97%  I have excluded some time now only showing 10 minutes of "NULL" data but the SLA achieved status does not seem to change.  Is there another setting I need to change to avoid calculating excluded time?
