Problem installing Nimsoft v7 on MS Windows Azure

Hi All,

We are trying to set up a Nimsoft NMS enviroment in MS Windows Azure. So we build a vm based on windows 2012 and also created a SQL DB service under Azure. During the install of NMS (v7.0) it asks for a database service. Filling in the standard parameters does not work because SQL DB service does not support the OLEDB as DB provider.

Windows Azure supports several other ADO connections but I do not know if and where that can be changed in the Nimsoft install before initial installation. Has someone any experience with this?

MS Windows Azure valid ADO connections strings:

Does have anyone a tip or hint to select different DB provider at first istall of NMS?

Kind regards
