Nimsoft Monitor 6.5 - CA SDM 12.6 Integration auto close ticket

We have integrated NMS/CA SDM and the alarms are generating incidents and changing the status of tickets working fine in CA SDM but NMS is not closing the tickets when the alarm is turn off. We have tried different field mapping options without success.


Any idea about if this is a normal behavior or there is missing some configuration to close tickets in automatic??
