ntperf with different instances

I am using some windows file servers and would like to monitor some disk statistics using the ntperf probe.  The issue that I am running into is that disk instances are not always the same.

for example

Machine 1

Instance 2 is the j drive

Machine 2

instance 2 is the g drive

I want to create a config package but the drive letters get messed up every time so I have to manually create these.  Is there a way to make this auto change the instance or use ntperf to pick up the j as its instance every time?
