Monitoring multiple oracle instances

I'm having difficulties configuring monitoring on multiple oracle instances running on the same machine.

I can succesfully configure monitoring for one instance by entering NLS_LANG, ORACLE_HOME, ORACLE_SID, ORACLE_BASE, LD_LIBRARY_PATH, TNS_ADMIN environment variable in the controller.

How should I go about configuring monitoring for a second instance, that has it's own values for ORACLE_HOME, SID, BASE, LD_LIBARARY_PATH and TNS_ADMIN? Piping them with ":" between doesn't seem to work.

I'm currently running oracle probe locally on the same machine as the database instances.
