Curious, am I the only one NOT getting email notifications when my support case(s) have been updated with a response from support. For me this has been ongoing for over a week now. Anyone else?
The same thing is happening to me. I noticed it twice in the past week or so. I was not getting any email when my case is updated, but I still get the nasty-grams from Salesforce when I do not reply to an update within a few days.
I pointed the issue out in my last case update, but I think I will open a case explicitly about this now that I know it is not just me.
I opened a case (about a week ago) and was told it was a salesforce issue and that the support engineers were to email me directly. This is not happening and it's disappointing that this has been going on for so long.
That is basically the same response I got just now.
LOL - and then they closed the case. I bet you get a survey
I should be so lucky. Usually I don't get surveys when I want them...that may not be a coincidence.
I have seen exactly the same thing. No e-mail after an update and then an e-mail that you haven't replied to their sugestion. Seems to me this has been going on for about a few weeks or so, maybe as long as a month.
