DX Unified Infrastructure Management

  • 1.  Temp queues (t_xx) not getting cleared out

    Hi,
     
    We have only 8 servers for monitoring under the nimsoft hub and we are using Nimsoft Unified Management Portal 2.5.2  and our main hub probe and inside the status tab our temp queues (t_xxxx names) are piling up. Most of these queues are for dashboard engine (GRP_Event, alarm_new...)
     
    I have manually right clicked on a process and did the disconnect. Does any have same issue or solution?

    I have seen this behavior before. If disconnecting the queues does not seem to help, a restart of the dashboard_engine might be more effective. If you are having problems with all of the dashboard_engine queues and not just things that are high volume, I think the dashboard_engine must be getting bogged down with something.

    I have attached the screen shot for these queues and today I have disconnect the couple of queues for dashboard engine. Most of these queues are GRP_Event and Alarm_new, alarm_update.....

     

    As per our current environment, we are running UMP on secondary server.
