Scheduled Reports always blank

We have a new install of Nimsoft (latest versions throughout) however on an old demo environment we never had this problem.


Basically whatever we do we cannot get a scheduled report to actually pull back any data.


We originally thought it was just from the VMWare probe but even basic server reports always come out blank.


To cover the obvious question first we do have several hubs and all origins are set/account setup and appear and we have no issue with the same report if viewed online.


It is as if it simply doesn't know what data it should be pulling back or from where?


Any suggestions?
