The Articles tab of the Customer Portal has a new article type - Case Summaries! Articles of this type are created by our engineers at case closure in order to capture issues of the day and pass them on immediately to the community. They are short and to the point containing the customer's description of the problem and the solution that was discovered during the troubleshooting process. Make sure to click on 'Show Properties' to get the complete customer summary!
We hope these case summaries will allow the community to leverage the troubleshooting effort expended and allow you to resolve your issues more quickly without the time and effort of troubleshooting from scratch.
