Alerting multiple people still alerting after acknowledge of alarm.

    I'm trying to alert a primary person and then after 15 minutes it alerts someone else. I can get the alerting working properly but the issue is when I acknowledge the alarm in ump it keeps alerting the primary person and then the secondary person. Is there a way to do this? I do not want to alert the secondary person if the first person is working on the alarm.
