DX Unified Infrastructure Management

I've just recently tried to download a few probes from the Nimsoft support site. Mainly, it's the emailgtw probe. When I try to extract the data in the file, it asks me for a password. I've tried to enter my password that I used to download the probe, but that doesn't seem to work. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You cannot unzip the package files from the archive. Just import the file into your local archive in the Infrastructure Manager.
