  • 1.  NAS probe deployment separately from the Primary Hub

    Hi,

I am planning to separate the Alarm Server( NAS) from the hub.. Can the nas probe deployed in another server from the hub server? I have tried to deactivate the NAS probe from the Primary HUB and distributed it (NAS) in a new robot. I found that the Alarms are not shown in the NAS probe from the new machine. Correct me if I am .
    wrong.

    Regards,

You can move the nas to another server but you will then need a alarm queue on the primary server removing the nas attach queue then either a post or get/attach to your new server which will need to be a hub.  I would not recommend moving the nas from the primary as it can also put the alarm in a true sql db instead of the sql lite db the nas uses, but if you want a nas on another server leave the one on the primary and then use the nas syncronization between your primary hub and new server.  I would think the nas whitepaper would explain this.
