What's Your Understanding of Historical Tables?

These tables are just intended to be sort of a holding area for data that is moved out of the RAW (RN) tables until such time the data retention period is exceed. Once the retention period is passed, rows exceeding this timeframe are deleted. 


My undestanding is that currently the only native nimsoft application/tool that presents the historical data is the SLM - No other componets of the UMP or IM access or display this data. The setting that drives how long RAW data is maintained is the "Delete Raw data" field in the data_engine. Does this sound correct?
