NAS -> Auto-Operator -> Pre-Processing Rules: Matching Criteria

Hello Forum,

We use pre-processing rules from the NAS to "blackout" alarms based on the "Operating Period". It has worked well for us in the past but recently we became aware that some of the matching criteria is case sensitive, specifically the hostname. Is there anything we can do to disable the case-sensitive feature? Using regex in the hostname field is not an option because we parse the nas configuration file to display information on a webpage and the hostname filed needs to stay in tact and not be a regular expression. Does anyone have any ideas?

Ben
