    Hi.. how can i solve this error message?

    I have same error here. This happening after i installed a client hub that connects via tunnel to our domain. Any solution for this problem?

    A lot of times I fix these by deleting the security files (.cfg, .dat, .bak) in the far Hub directory <nimsoft install>\hub and restart the hub.

     

    Also, sometimes I fix it by upgrading the robot, even if it is aleady at the latest version of robot_update (5.70).

     

    The first method works most often, though.
