DX Unified Infrastructure Management

New implementaion of Nimsoft, we created a certificate for 1 year on the primary hub and added to the client hub which went well and populated the Infrastructure Manager.  However in the alarm console we are receiving the following message on a regular basis:

The tunnel certificate for <CLIENT_NAME> (192.168.x.x) expired 15112 days ago.

     Any ideas?

There's a bug in the hub version you are running which is causing it to not read the expire time properly. It has been fixed in a later release which is currently in beta (5.54). If you want to avoid beta code you could simply create an auto-operator rule in the nas to close this message when it arrives (but remember to remove that rule after you upgrade to a hub which no longer has that particular bug, or you could get a nasty surprise in a years time!)

    Cheers,

    Stian

I have been running the beta hub version for a few weeks now and it works fine and fixes the above alarm.

Thank you Stian, and Neal for your quick responses. I try the beta hub. Also, is there a time for when the beta hub will go GA? Thanks

That bug should've been fixed in hub v5.44 GA but it's not. False alarm still generates every time the hubs restart.

I am running 5.54 and it has resolved the issue.

We grabbed the beta hub 5.54 and looks like it resolved the issue for us. Thank you
